  • Screenshot of your game User ID and Server ID

  • Order ID

  • Purchase amount

  • Purchase receipt or screenshot 

Unfortunately, you can’t change your mobile number and email address associated with your Recharge Arena Account. If you want to change your phone number or email, we suggest that you create a new account using the new credentials.

Refunds are only available if the recharge fails and credits are not delivered. Please check our Refund Policy for full details.
