No refunds will be given for purchases made using an incorrect Game ID, Server ID, or wrong account details provided by the customer. Please double check your details before completing your purchase.

You did not receive your in game items due to a system or technical error on our end.
There was a payment gateway failure where your money was deducted, but the order was not processed or delivered.

Date and time of purchase
Your exact Game ID and Server ID
A clear screenshot or proof of the payment deduction
A brief explanation of the issue
Once we receive your request, our team will investigate the transaction logs with the game publisher.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only after verification. We reserve the right to decline refunds if the claim falls outside the reporting window or appears fraudulent.
Timelines: If approved, your refund will be routed back to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank and UPI provider, it may take 3 to 5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
If your payment fails during checkout but the money is still deducted from your bank account, please contact us within 7 days. After verifying the failure with our payment gateway, an automatic refund will be triggered to your original payment method.
We encourage you to reach out to our 24/7 support team first if you experience any issues. Filing a fraudulent chargeback or bank dispute without contacting us will result in your Player ID and IP address being permanently blacklisted from Recharge Arena.
